I learned how to make students come to school by following the CRSSP (Choice, Relevance, Strength, Specific, and Passion). If you follow the CRSSP, it will make students motivated and willing to learn. Watching the movie gives me an idea of how to make my students come to school every day and be willing to learn. If a teacher follows the CRSSP with the passion to make students succeed, then it will make learning fun and enjoyable

For this movie, it is almost the same as the first, but they have different ideas. This has to do with the 6 C's (Choice, Collaboration, Communication, Critical thinking, Creativity, and Caring). If you follow the 6 C's, it will make your classroom a wonderful and successful classroom, and students will be willing and motivated to learn. By watching this video, I think that I can apply some of his methods of teaching in my class. And his ideas are really great for a classroom teacher to apply in their classroom for successful learning. I believe that for a student to learn, we have to try different methods of learning that will help motivate and make students successful in life. If we have the technologies available, I can surely apply his method of teaching.

   What are some things you can do in your classroom to foster creativity and innovation?      Some of the things that I can do in my classroom are doing Social Emotional Learning (SEL), integrating technology, and using technological tools like Google Forms. For the SEL, I know that it really helps my students to be creative in answering questions, and it makes them really focus on the lesson we are doing. For integrating technology, I can see that students are more into technology and love to use technology in doing their work. They become creative and innovative when a task is given to them to complete or find using technology.   Discuss your ideas on how to Improve Learning in your community based on the readings.      I can improve learning in my community based on the reading by focusing on students' learning needs and wants. Learning in our community is learning about our culture and religious beliefs. This is what students are learning in our community based on cultural beliefs on what works and what is the right or correct thing to do, so students can learn their culture by observing or imitating the older people. I think that using technology can also improve learning in our community. According to the reading, what improves learning is the way the lesson is delivered and whether the learners understand the language. That is why learning in the community is easier because the language used is the main language of the people.
